I pray that you look over my friends.  As I hear the rain fall outside my window, I ask that you will let it rain in their lives.  Let your love rain down upon them.  Let your grace and mercy rain down upon them.  Let your joy rain down upon them.  Let your peace rain down upon them as I hear the rain falling now.

Just as the thunder rumbles the ground, Lord let there be a big shaking in their lives.  Shaking off the things that are not of you, shaking off the things that the enemy is trying to put on them, shaking off the old man to embrace the new man.  As I feel the rumble of the thunder, Lord let them likewise feel your presence upon their lives.

Just as the rain falls outside my window, Lord let your presence fall upon their lives.  Let your blessings fall upon their lives.  Let the Holy Spirit descend from the heavens upon them just as the rain is falling right now.  Let your glory fall upon them so that all the world can see them saturated by you.  So that those who don’t know you, will know that you’re real because of the rain that is falling on them, as it is falling outside of my window.

Now Lord…as they slumber I ask that you protect them from all hurt, harm, and danger.  Grant them your peace and restrengthen them for a new day.  Someone will need to reach out tomorrow, Lord give them what is needed to reach out.  Someone will have to save a life, Lord, give them your power!  Someone will lose a loved one, Lord give them your comfort.  Someone will need a step in their career, Lord exalt them according to your will.  And when it’s all said and done.  When you have done great things in their lives.  When you have answered their prayer, Lord take the glory out of all we do.  Let our lives be tools for your glory.  Let our praise be a sounding trumpet to the sweet music you have in our lives.  I touch and agree with their prayers they lift up tonight, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart and the depths of my soul.  Oh Lord, before you stop by here to bless me, be sure that you bless them, their families, and their ministries first. Let them know that you love them, and let them know that I love them too.  In Jesus’ sweet name I pray, Amen.
